THE BIG TEASE

Spring keeps on teasing us, peeking around the corner just to have another winter storm that dumps snow on all the spring life that is wanting to pop out of the ground.

I like snow but this is getting to much for me. I want to go out and do yard work and plant my garden but I think I might have to do an indoor one.

Enough griping about snow!!!

Last weekend my neice and her husband came to stay at my house with their baby (Charley). I loved having them come visit. I could have kept Charley. She is so cute. Madison and Tyson thought she was a doll too. Jescee and Elvin came out to have dinner with us while they were here and we had a great time. Jescee and I even got to give her a bath. Fun Times!!!

Ben and Tyson bonded while playing PS2 and Wii. Tyson asked when Ben can come back and play games with him. He was an awesome friend for Tyson!!

A few weeks ago Troy and I went up to West Yellow Stone with friends snowmobiling and to watch the snocross. We had a great time and it was nice to get out and snowmobile.

February already!!!

January has come and gone and February is here!!! I am getting sick of winter and am looking forward to summer fun. This winter has been a long one. It hasn't been to bad but I have not done a whole lot of fun stuff this winter. After 2 weeks of my kids being sick I am ready for some warm weather. They are feeling better now. Tyson had strep-throat and was very sick for a week. Madison got a bad cold that next week and is doing much better as well. I am looking forward to ski night with work in March. March will be a fun month. Troy's birthday is coming up in March and I have to think of something way cool to do for him. If anyone has some fun ideas let me know. Until them I will keep my nose to the grind and look forward for some warm weather or more snow!! I think the snow will come first!!!

I could not believe how big the snow flakes were the other day. I had to take a picture because if was so pretty!!! But it did not last long!!!

I am ready for some sunshine!!!!!

Turkeys!! Turkeys!! Turkeys!!

Here are the daily visitors that invade our yard!!! They have got to be some of the ugliest creatures but I guess in thier own, wierd way you could find something pretty about them??? Maybe their feathers!! Madison took these wonderful pics. and did a very good job at capturing their true beauty! There are flocks of them daily and the cats try to stalk them. Little do the cats know, they are outsized by these bird brains by quit a bit. But the cats still try to scare them. We actually enjoy watching them scratch around in the snow and we do feed them grain. What excitement!!!

Hi i'm Angel. Madi's best friend. I also like to bunt her all the time. When i get scared i try to run away but i'm waaaaay to faaaat!!!! My family is sometimes mean to me because they stick apples on my horns. But i love them anyway. If you think i'm cute please comment!!!!!

Sledding, Sledding, Sledding!!!!!

Well snow is good for something!! Keeping your kids happy and entertained. I think sledding is the favorite pastime of our family!! I like it too!! Pepper (the dog) will usually chase after the kids and try to jump on with them. What a nut!!! We went snowmobiling this weekend and pulled the sleds behind. The kids had a blast driving the snowmobiles and riding on the sleds. After a few crashes they were ready to go in and take a break!! GREAT FUN!!! That was our weekend!!
